Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast and happy hour. Paid shuttle to Disney

The suite was comfortable and clean. We had a good night’s sleep and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Front desk staff very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful, upscale atmosphere and feels very updated. As soon as you walk in and see the waterfalls, you immediately think, “Okay yeah, this is nice.” The open layout where you can look up and see the different floors and room doors gives the hotel a unique feel and adds to the ambiance. Breakfast was also a plus. They offer a buffet-style breakfast with continental items and several additional options, which was a nice way to start the morning. The location is great, especially if you’re visiting Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, or coming into town for a sporting event or tournament. I used to play AAU basketball, and I immediately thought this would have been a great team hotel. There’s plenty of space for everyone, and it’s the type of atmosphere where the parents would be happy staying here too. During our stay, there were several softball teams at the hotel, which added to the family-friendly atmosphere. We met people from different parts of the country, and everyone was friendly. The setup of the hotel naturally makes it easy to have conversations and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a family trip, tournament, or visit to the nearby theme parks.

I did have some maintenance issue with my room but I called front desk and they were able to accommodate me for the inconvenience.
