Breakfast was just OK, but see next comment

Breakfast was not what we expected. Choices were quite limited and how could you run out of milk for the cereal and creamer for the coffee? Those are stables that should never be under supplied, at least for us.

I called down to the front desk a few times and on the third time when they answered the phone they were clearly very irritated from hearing for me again! So I never called back whether we needed something or not.

Construction going in even on a Sunday night. My tv didn’t work. Breakfast room unavailable

The outside appearance and the location looked like any other Hampton - we have used many in the past. Once you got inside the property - it was chaotic to say the least. None of which was disclosed by Booking.com during reservation process.

The hotel was under renovation which was not disclosed by booking.com when we made a 3 night reservation. We left after first night as the construction noise went from 8 am to 7 pm. The hotel/booking.com charged us for three nights and refuses to give us a refund for the last 2 nights we did not stay there. My 75 year old husband is a survivor of 2 volunteer tours in Viet Nam. He has severe issues with noise. We would NEVER have booked this property knowing the conditions prior to. Will NEVER use booking.com as no transparency about issue at time of booking and now fuse to work with us.
