The staff was friendly and polite. Loved that it had a kitchenette. Loved how it was a real ac/ heater unit instead of a loud wall unit that sticks out takes up space and makes loud noise. I liked how checkout was at 12:00 and not at 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. in the morning.

I didn't like how housekeeping would just use their key to come in you're room your supposed to knock and announce who you are. But don't housekeeping have a chart of who's checking out and who asked for there rooms to be cleaned. It clearly stated on the bathroom mirror that if you were staying there several days and wanted your room cleaned that you had to call the front desk to have someone clean your room and notify them. It made me feel like are my belongings safe. I did not like the bugs that were on the side entrance doors and walls. The outside of the hotel need to be sprayed with pesticides or that people did not pick up their pet feces. I didn't like that theyer were no surveillance cameras down all hallways on each floor to show who's going in and out your room or trying to come in and out your room .I didn't like how the fire alarm in the room did not work once I changed to the second room. And I didn't like how they charge you for breakfast but you had a kitchenette to eat in every room I feel like they should have had a separate key for people that wanted to eat breakfast there it shouldn't have been included in the right for those that were getting doordash or Uber eats or making their own breakfast in their rooms.

Awful property with worse staff! Older, yucky feeling, I don't know why Hilton is acquiring these sub properties under their name. You can no longer trust the Hilton name if what I've learned. We moved to the Residence Inn, in a far better neighborhood, same price, a HUGELY Better Room and Staff! This old room, once we got in after waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, while Woody and absent managers failed miserably and we had a 4 year old in tow, which no one cared about. The manager said she was sorry but for what she couldn't say....horrible The room had the only bathroom set up in the bedroom part of their suites, so everyone travels through your room into the open old bathroom ~ what?? At Residence Inn, the bathroom is its own room and everything was far better especially the staff!

It was a very nice, quiet hotel.

the property was clean. had some minor wear and tare. but over all, the bed was comfortable. the bathroom and tub were big and spacious. my kids complained that the sofa bed was springy. the dishwasher worked. some glasses were dirty. and the toaster needed wiping down. the pool was ok. the breakfast was ok. but money saver. dennys and Rudy’s walking distance

Everything was amazing. The pool was heated, the hot tub was nice, breakfast was good, room was homey and coffee was amazing! We had a great stay.

Bed was hard & linens were thin, the bathroom door wouldn't shut as it was too big for the frame & it definitely could have been cleaner.

Nice spacious clean rooms. Close to everything. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to health department and you had to use the facilities at the hotel across the parking lot!! No mention of that on website when I booked the room!! Also, there was a young girls softball team staying there that ate ALL the bacon one morning, and there wasn't any for anyone else!! Just icky sausage! Was dissappointed!!

both the gym and pool under construction. if I had of known I would not have booked this location. half the hotel is still under construction. breakfast is very minimal…all carbs and eggs. bananas and bacon or gluten free bread would make it much better. my bedding did not even fit the bed. basically nothing in the kitchen for supplies, extremely minimal

The ladies I interacted with at the front desk were very nice and friendly.

The water was turned off from 11-4 on Saturday which was extremely inconvenient. The jacuzzi was broken.
