I loved everything. Location , parking, the room were simple but cleans and nice. Every single last one of the staff me or my group encountered were beyond nice and went above and beyond their job to make our stay comfortable
I wish there where more ways to exit

Value very affordable. Friendly desk staff. Location next to Fremont street. Decent parking. 24 hr desk & bar. easy check in. clean room. Spacious. Had a desk
No AC or any way to control room temperature. No house keeping.. The room was never cleaned while I was out during the day. I had to get clean towels from maids. no fridge, no microwave

The staff were very friendly. Especially the night staff woman who's name I can't think of . But she was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for downtown. Close to Fremont Street. Would recommend spending more time Downtown than on the Strip. Bars and Casinos are more enjoyable. But if you do want to go to the strip it is only about 10 mins in Uber/Lyft. About $20-25 depending on time of day. I recommend Uber/Lyft over using the Deuce which stops every 500 meters. And takes about an hour to get to the strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value hotel with comfortable rooms and a good location. If you are looking for a more relaxing trip lying by the pool maybe this not the place for you. But if in Vegas for a good time would most definitely recommend this hotel.
Very little didn't enjoy. Only thing can think of is air conditioning could be doing with upgrade. Felt like was warm air coming out . Wasn't much of an issue this time of year but in summer it could be a problem.

The AC doesn’t work very well

The location was ok, and the room. Also chairs in the hotel `yard` might be useful. Swimming pool is just a formality, no real use since it is literally at the road and too small.
In first place and what is the most important - EXTREMELY HOSTILE, UNPLEASANT, UNKIND, REPULSIVE, USELESS staff. It is strongly recommend that receptionist in that hotel undergo re-evaluation concerning who is eligible (or simply able) to communicate with guests. Check-in process in that hotel makes people want to ran away and never come back.
Only in US hotels `early` check-in starts at 3 or 4 pm. If half of the day has passed already, why do you charge full day? Even the check-in 10 minearlier of those preset hours like 3 pm, is charged, of course. So guest who had an flight to Las Vegas have to book another hotel prior checking-in into that one. Or, alternatively they can hang on Las Vegas streets in the peak of the day until they collapse. What kind of worker don`t manage to clean at least few rooms until the noon? The lazy ones who are using their job as an amuBut let put aside late check-in and the nonsense around it. Even a bigger nonsense is that you are paying your stay, with your money, and Hotel is paying their employees who DON`T DO THEIR JOB. In this hotel the check-in goes by harassing tired guests, maybe some of them have vision or health issues, to check in by entering numerous data, scanning passport etc, whereas you just want to enter your room. So, you are paying your own harassment, while staff is standing there jobless not wanting even verbally to help you. What is the role of rude, unhelpful receptionist. Maybe as a warm suggestion to the Hotel management, just remove those receptionists from your pay roll and you will do a saving, since tired gusts with impaired vision have to struggle with American check-in machines.
If I want to go to a night club in Vegas, that will be my option. In my room I want peace and quiet and not Latinos cleaning stuff amusing themselves while working with reggaeton ON . Listening music without headphones should be prohibited. Also stands for ambiental music in hotel `garden`. People want to rest in their room!

All amenities are provided.
I didn’t like a property at all, noisy in the night, almost no window. They charge 100$ deposit which wasn’t explained before in messages preliminary to to the stay. They charge beforehand the whole fee, even though you expect to pay on the desk.

The access to Fremont St. Experience. I also liked this one night shift guy who was quite helpful with our needs.
It was cold at night but you can't really do much about that lol. There was a situation that they had to fix the fire alarm but I'm glad that they maintain it.

The staff was trying to play games with me when checking in. The lady was trying to make me “dance for my keys” when I clearly wasn’t in the mood. It was just awkward. And then the room was uncomfortably hot because of the heater and we couldn’t turn it off. We had to sleep with the door open.

I loved that it was super close to Fremont experience and it’s easy to take the bus if you wanna go to Las Vegas boulevard, it was clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean.
The unit did not have AC, they waited until after we paid to tell us there was no AC and offered no other accommodations other than “crack the window.” This hotel is off of Fremont street and was extremely loud, you can hear every little thing. We did not sleep at all.

I admire the staff. great People. friendly and helpful. The stay wasnt great . But they were good people. I dont want this review to reflect their kindness and great attitude.
I didnt like the central air controlled by a fan. It was sooooo HOT when I turned on the fan that we had to turn it off and then open the windows...being at the bottom floor. we had to deal with People walking by with voices and just distractions on getting a good nights sleep. A small fridge and microwave would have been nice.

convenience of location
STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Rude, obnoxious, they do not care about customer. watched two other customers leave in disgust. Argued with me over form of payment. will never stay there again. change of management has ruined this motel.

A true hidden gem in the downtown area of Las Vegas. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone trying to stay around Fremont. The price shouldn't steer anyone away, if anything the hotel is a bang for your buck. Clean, comfy, and comes with amenities.
Only complaint I could say is thin walls but it's expected to hear all the downtown commotion considering this hotel is very conveniently placed near all the downtown action.

good location .
very noisy floors , doors . Not clean and the lack of a full window was claustrophobic . No fridge , no coffee maker .

I liked the style, it’s like a little golf course within the hotel you walk through. I think it looks better on the pictures than real life but still very cool! the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. It’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the sidewalks around it are giant.
I really can’t think of anything. maybe they could offer free breakfast? but that’s just me being a moocher haha.

Price value, staff was amazing. Location is nice if you want to be close to Fremont street.
Thin walls. Could hear upstairs guests. No fridge or microwave. No ac unit to control. They have a fan that is either a heater or ac but the choice is up to the hotel.
