The stench of marijuana in the lobby, furniture in lobby was stained, A/C unit in room was very loud

It was nice and refreshing!

How close it was to the airport! I loved the cleanliness! It was so nice! I LOVED that checkout was at 12pm. A lot of people when they get a hotel are out late and want to sleep in!

I wish there was a pool!

Superb

The room was clean, and friendly staff. Its located less than 10 minutes from Midway Airport.

The shuttle was 20 minutes late picking us up. At the time we didn't realize the shuttle stops at multiple hotels. Ours was the last hotel stop before going to the airport.

Comfortable room and friendly staff make for pleasant stay.

Good room service, complementary airport shuttle, and complementary breakfast

Parking not free but free shuttle to airport made up for it. The tub in hotel room not draining properly so we had to stand in about 6in of water while showering.

it looked out dated. entry was dirty as well as the carpet on the steps was very dirty

Nice clean hotel, good staff room size adequate, assigned to first floor was not great

Check in was fine, the ladies serving the breakfast were phenomenal and very gracious

The blower for the AC in the room could not be controlled and the fan was on constantly very annoying. Also I did not at all enjoy being assigned to the first floor very noisy

Excellent weekend stay

Excellent location, convenient shuttle from and to the airport, clean rooms and hearty breakfast. Also close to a number of dining options.

Grab and go breakfast option for travelers with an early flight would have been great.

Ghetto motel…

The location.

Someone was smoking next to my room causing my eyes to burn. Constant slamming doors early morning and someone turning my room door handle, outside my door or next room. There was also a freaking knat buzzing in my darn ear!!!! The worst!!!

Had to travel for a funeral, and glad my room was comfy and breakfast was a great start to my days.

Nice Breakfast nook with ample seating and choices. Great coffee and these little cinnamon roll.. Yum!

close to airport clean

that it cost $24 to park and it’s no longer free to park and fly! you have to go to a website and books your spot to leave car. I feel for the price it’s ridiculous to charge someone to park!

Nice stay for a spare day in Chicago, very convenient to Midway airport but about an hour into city.

Very nice room. Good shuttle service from/to airport.

Overall, I felt our stay was comfortable. There was easy access to the restaurants and Starbucks. T

I did not eat, but my husband said the breakfast was good. It was served at a good time. The serving area was clean and provided a variety of options.

Overall, I don't have any complaints about the stay. I would have like to have had access to complimentary water or a fountain in the kitchen area.
