It was extremely clean. Had restaurants and stores close. Also it was easy to get to the Usana Amphitheater which, was the reason for choosing this hotel.

The breakfast was ok. It was typical continental breakfast, however; definitely room for improvement.

check in did not go smoothly. the evening staff is not empowered to make obvious decisions without calling the manager at home for approval the beds were terrible and I booked because I usually love Hampton beds. housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am I guess she didn’t check first to see if we had checked out or not. annoying.

I didn't get my 50 after..

Computers were down, I showed proof of reservation, they told me to call booking, they got ahold of Josh at Hilton they sent over a verification of the reservation. Went back, and she still said no to check us in. It was 2:30. In the morning, due to a weather flight delay, said we didn't have a reservation at all. Ended up having to find another place in the middle of the night.. This hotel was the worst experience ever!! She didn't even try to figure out a way to accommodate us in any way

the people in next room was loud and tv keep going out
