Was clean and very convenient to airport. They offered shuttle service that was efficient.

Toilet wouldn’t flush and maintenance not on sight so given a plunger that had to be used repeatedly. Tv remote didn’t work.

Breakfast pretty good.

Room facing the noisy highway, couldn't sleep because of the highway & Air conditioning noises.

I am waiting for return of the security deposit 17 days! Is it normal practice? Called to your facility, manager said- it’s usually takes 3 weeks minimum. Seriously??? Why i must credit your business?

all the staff needed training. zero staff understood what they were supposed to do.

Great location. A 5 minute drive from the airport. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok too.

super easy with our dog….there is a door off to the side that is accessed from the first floor rooms where dogs can go to the bathroom. Very well lit at night for taking my puppy out!

We usually stay at this brand, and this property was closed sistema with the quality we expect.

The breakfast was missing an item we usual see at other HIE properties (hard cooked eggs) and there wasn’t enough seating for all the people trying to eat breakfast (we sat in the lobby to eat). I had an allergy attack from something in the room. We’ve stayed at this property before, so I wonder if there have been changes to the cleaning products used.
