Best Western PLUS Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel

Large room, confortable. Nice and well prepared staff. Wide choices at breakfast, good quality.

Would appreciate a real expresso and cappuccino machine in the breakfast area and in the lobby.

The hotel is very special in appearance. The rooms are large, clean and well-equipped. The location near the entrance to the park makes it easy to travel and stay.

We were missing vegetables and cheese at breakfast, but there was plenty and we found something to eat.

The room was spacious and clean. It was a great location and had a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which made it easy to get to Bryce Canyon.

The breakfast is exactly what you would expect for a large buffet serving hundreds of guests, decent but nothing extraordinary. The front guest service was absolutely awful when we arrived. We had driven and made good time, so we got there a little earlier than expected (2 hours before check-in). We inquired on the readiness of the room just in case, without looking, she didn't even look up from her computer and stated..."check in time is at 4"in a very dismissive tone. I asked if she could take our number and let us know when the room was ready and with the same tone, responded..."It will be ready at 4." At no time did she ever even make eye contact with us. No big deal , but the service should be better. The hotel itself, is a tad dated. It gives a bit of a late 70's/early 80's vibe, but it was very clean.
