Pool was small and cold

The location was great, most of the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful.

Construction happening right next to the building, the pool was much smaller than expected and there was a bunch of white stuff floating around in the pool, we got out once we noticed and didn’t use it anymore during our stay. Upon checking in, we got to our room and it was extremely hot. We turned the AC all the way down to 50° and it read 80°, maintenance came up to take a look and said that the AC was working perfectly fine but the entire 4 nights we were there it read 80° and felt like it. The bathroom ceiling seemed to be caving in, made my anxiety extremely bad every time I had use the bathroom or take a shower. At one point the water pressure was extremely low we couldn’t even take a shower. Regarding staff, almost everyone was extremely nice except for one Front desk agent(didn’t catch her name but she worked Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night) she was extremely unpleasant to talk to. We called down to ask about breakfast one night and she hung up on us before we could ask about the bar, so we had to call again to ask when the bar closed and she hung up on us again. Wednesday night we called down to ask for towels, we never got them. Housekeeping was extremely loud in the mornings, we could hear them talking loudly in the hallway. I think the worst part about our stay was how thin the walls are, we could literally hear the guest in the room next to us peeing, on multiple occasions.

The reservation was all a mess. The reception gave me a double bed with out the sofa bed and sofa. I was told I could upgrade to this room from just a double bed. I than called them reception to get that fixed. I was told they did jog have that available. I was than given a king with a sofa bed and an air mattress. I go to the room, the sofa mattress is all stained, the bathroom bath tub is dirty, the remote control has tape holding the batteries. The mini fridge cabinet door doesn’t close. I had to call for bed sheets, blankets and pillows. I was brought 2 sheets a blanket and pillow cases but no pillows. Third call to the reception for pillows :( I was told they have no house keeper and she did not know where the pillows are located at and the hotel has no manager. I was charged $247 and change for all this mess. 😡 😡😡😡

The bathrooms need updating

I Liked that it had a Pool and I Liked that it had shuttle.. but the Pool i didn’t see no one in it the whole time I was there I thought something was wrong and the shuttle was like scooby doo… Van

I know they trying due to construction rehabbing but the staff was not Professional and not being attentive to the guest… they seem like they was at home or on break all the time. The breakfast wasn’t good it’s basic but couldn’t been much better if they going to charge the guest

Rooms were comfy and decent size.

In town for a concert, stood in line to check in for over an hour before we were told they had no rooms cleaned at the so called check in time and didn’t have any remorse that their guests were SOL for getting checked in before our concert. They said they didn’t have a clue about something going on for a second night. They need to have accommodations for big events, bring in more staff/housekeepers.

Room was nice

We got to the hotel early to check in (at 2pm) but there were no rooms clean, I was told they could not guarantee a room would be clean by check in time at 3pm either. They said they put my name on a list (and I was supposedly the 3rd on that list) and they would call me when a room was ready, two and a half hours later there were still no clean rooms to be given. We had a concert to be at and I told them we could not wait to check in and would have to wait until after the concert. The lobby was packed with people who were expecting to get their rooms and get ready before the concert and people doing there hair and makeup at any plug in they could find. They were extremely underprepared for an expected event and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
