I loved everything. The staff were great and polite. Very clean place. The pool was awesome too. I took my daughter here for her 29th 🎂

The views are truly amazing, especially on the upper floors. The floor-to-ceiling windows just add to the special atmosphere and make the whole experience feel very New York.

We booked two rooms, and unfortunately one of them had an unpleasant smell that could not be aired out even with the window open. At check-in, we informed the staff that our son would be sleeping on the sofa bed and asked for it to be prepared by 9 PM. They confirmed this and even asked whether they could prepare it a little earlier, which we gladly agreed to. However, by 10:30 PM the bed still had not been made, and we had to call reception three additional times before someone finally came to prepare it. We stayed for a week and requested an ice bucket on most evenings. Unfortunately, the service was consistently very slow. On one occasion, the ice arrived so late that we had already gone to bed and did not even use it. Overall, the main disappointment was the level and speed of service. For a hotel in this category, we expected requests this simple to be handled much more promptly and reliably, although the staff themselves were always very friendly and polite.

Location is great, lots of good dining and entertainment options

Gute Lage, cooles Zimmer

Ungeziefer (sehr große Kakerlaken) am letzten Tag im Zimmer - das war wirklich sehr unangenehm. Meine Familie will daher nicht wieder in dieses Hotel!
