Very clean, very kind and helpful staff! Very accommodating. Also felt very safe. Pool was great.

Breakfast was wonderful ! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location had homeless people around which was a little scary when they approached you.

I liked the breakfast choices

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat had pee stain on it, a lot of hair from previous guest everywhere, a lot of dust on the tissue box and the window.

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool. Even though it was very cold.

Building needs some maintenance. Our family was in 2 different rooms. There were small issues in both rooms.

We liked the breakfast options, the cleanliness of the pool, and the semi friendly staff.

I asked for housekeeping service for the second day but did not receive any. I really just needed my trash changed.

Well we checked in are room, there was no bath towels for are room we called they was nice to bring some up . The 1 to 10 on cleanes was 5 out of 10 . Look like the bathroom door needs to be replaced ,hade hole in the door. Some spots in the room needs to be finished painted. An on the wed page it says daily cleaning for room. An you most make sure ask for service for your room . Or you won't get it cleaned. I would say if they would keep on maintaining rooms an cleaning little me , it would be good place to stay . Not worth the price this go around.
