Jacuzzi Comfortable and clean

Bed was wiggling not balanced

Location was good, especially if going to Sesame Place (or apparently Parx Casino!). Staff was good. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Pool helped a lot. Breakfast provided was meh but diner across street.

The carpet had a sketchy dampness to it around window and AC unit. A little dank smell walking into room. Tub had fair amount of peeling. Room was adequate for 2 nights but probably would look elsewhere if back in the area. Gave vibe that renovation was more patch over than comprehensive

Nice workers,swimming pool, clean room. Rosa the breakfast attendant is a sweetheart

loved how the pool has a section that was 1.5ft for our 1year old to play in!

Very noisy at night, very difficult to sleep with a baby as guests were up at all hours of the night being loud in rooms and halls and no staff around to keep them quite.

The jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough, and they would not increase it. I've been going there for years, and this time, I couldn't even use it, and it was my birthday! I will not be going back there again for bath water jacuzzi temps!

staff was very helpful to the kids in our party at breakfast.

No bottled water in the room. It’s a courtesy provided by most hotels, especially if there’s a coffee maker and coffee accoutrements in the room.

Housekeeping staff was pleasant

run down noisy overpriced doors stick or won’t close exposed wall socket tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed key cards kept getting cancelled but the pictures and description looks good online

Had to switch rooms multiple times. First room had broken ac/heat and the door had been kicked in previously so locks didn't engage properly. Second room was full of trash and food as it hadn't been cleaned. Finally third room - no longer handicap accessible as I had originally booked for but also upstairs ....and the elevator was broken. The first bathroom of the first room was still dirty. Like the tub needed a good scrub. The bathtub in the room we stayed in also was lacking in cleanliness. The mini fridge door wouldn't stay shut. The chair in the room looked like a pack of wild cats attacked it. If you love the stench of weed, this is the place to be. Many people were smoking up their rooms with the smell filling the hallways. Also a few tweekers staying there very excitedly and loudly bragging about robbing out engines and catalytic converters from vehichles brought an interesting ambience.. The jacuzzi stopped working. Trash stayed piled in the hallways for long periods of time. I wish I took more pictures...
