Great location, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
Luggage cart had a bad wheel, made it very difficult to push, testing fire alarm without Pryor notice

It was convenient to all the attractions. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. You had 24 hour to the coffee bar.
The bathroom is small not enough counter space The hallways and doors need to be painted badly. Some updates could be done

Great location to so much fun. The Haygoods show was fantastic. Good choices for breakfast. The coffee was so good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean, fresh towels daily as well as the garbage taken.
Liked our stay very much.

Comfy clean room and nice bed and pillows , coffee machine .
Where do I start , staff didn’t seem that interested in communicating with the guests , not very helpful when checking in . The pool area was untidy and not kept well and only one sun lounger for the entire place ???? . Breakfast was poor , the hot food was cold even though we got to breakfast at 6.30 when it opened , the oatmeal was disgusting it was cold and watery more like slop , I said to the server about it and she didn’t do anything . Quite possibly the worst Holiday Inn we have stayed at .
