Renovation during our stay cannot use the pool

Easy access to outside, quick and easy check in and was easy to find the temporary entrance.

Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility. And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load. Very poor lighting in room 212.

Horrible chlorine smell in the lobby- no pool or hot tu. And we left - never again!

The location

The room smelled like a dog, there was dog hair on the sofa, no fan in the bathroom and air conditioner was very loud.

Close to where we needed to be. Lots of restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of towels.

The room was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and for the price the room wasn’t a great deal.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast too!

The breakfast was good. And the rooms were very clean.

I had to go ask for thing's.

Staff friendly and helpful, lobby common areas well maintained, breakfast good.

Hotel needs a little TLC. Carpets in hallways and rooms worn. Had to request ice bucket not a standard ammenity(?) Towel hooks, TP holder etc fell off wall, sloppy paint. Was in handicap room, plenty of bars etc in tub to accommodate, however no counter space, no drawers and hardly any closet space (handicapped people need a space for clothes and toiletries too). In their defense, they did inform us that the entire hotel is scheduled to be renovated in fall/winter 2023. Starting with the top floor and working it's way down, so if booking a room in spring, recommend requesting a top floor room.
