Breakfast was really good an had plenty of options. I like that it was set up into stations. One for cereals one with hot breakfast foods. An muffin an danish station an coffee station.

Limited breakfast. One staff member said the f word going into the kitchen. Young person made sure I pointed it out to her. Other staff very friendly and helpful

Pool was very small, and no hot tub. When we went to pool it was 930p. And there were still families in the water with small children who were screaming and crying. We went on vacation to get away from our kids so we were disappointed/ irritated when we go to relax and cant. Should be adult swim only after 830pm.

Very clean, especially compared to any other hotel in the area of Rutland

We thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to choose from. More than I expected. The room was nice and clean. All employees were very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint and it was a big thing for me. As much as the breakfast was so inviting, unfortunately when I saw the woman who was manning the breakfast push the rubbish in the rubbish barrel down with her gloved hands and then proceed to restock the coffee cups and lids with the same gloved hands that just touched the rubbish, just turned me right off. I went down the next day and I have to say I just observed the two women working. Nice as can be. But, they need to have some training on food safety. Cross contamination etc. etc. You stress your cleanliness. That needs to extend to the food also. It put a damper on a really nice hotel stay.

I came for a wedding weekend to Rutland. The hotel has a super friendly staff. The lady in the dining room, can't remember her name, I think it may have been Karin, was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Enjoyed my stay and have no regrets for booking this hotel.
