The location of the hotel was great. Weather made it unable for us to utilize the beach and outdoor pool area. Quick and easy check in. Kids saw a movie in the theater.
They are renovating and it was a bit of an inconvenience that we could use only one elevator. The appearance of the cut off area was a bit unappealing. The suite had one bathroom and it was only in the bedroom which was a bit of an inconvenience for the sofa bed occupants. The carpet was damp due to the dampness outside.

Right on the beach everything was clean always staff available and ready to help although we never need them movies every night was pretty cool multiple pools always stocked with towels my room was stocked with towels and washer and dryer were free which definitely grateful for it was great stay breakfast was great with a great view and even the staff there except the host was amazing
The elevator was soooo slow both of them, also there is apparently a discrepancy with the ages for the children who are free to stay in the room and the children who get a free breakfast which I would have been ok with, except for that fact the host at the breakfast area was very rude and had attitude our first morning there when we were leaving about the children’s ages who also showed late to work, might be beneficial to find a new host for breakfast
