Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central

Everything, clean, comfortable. Loved the restaurant and breakfast was great!!!

The hot tub was being repaired but look forward to using it next time

It was not fancy, but it was just right for us. People were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, shower was fantastic.

Only slight complaint: oatmeal was barely warm.

breakfast was good , also the hotel was clean my experience was so lovely. thanks so much embassy suite @ hilton

the pool was not in use that day

Property is close to a lot of things and the area was okay, the lobby / dining area was clean, and beautiful. The room was spacious with a huge bathtub, the staff was very nice. there is a lot of parking and the area is lit very well. One day the breakfast had pancakes, ham, scrambled eggs, omelets, toast, muffins, bagel, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit juice, milk, the next day instead of pancakes there was French toast. The breakfast was all fresh and yummy. The pool area was huge and clean.

the bed sheets did not have any sort of detergent smell to them but smelt stale, the lamp shades on the night stands were stained / dirty, the stand that the microwave was on/fridge was on was peeling paint, the room was kind of humid and did not get super cold even if the ac was on 65, small random stains on the walls as well. anytime I went into the bathroom my eyes would water, and I would have a sneezing attack. I could hear the person in the next room also sneezing repeatedly off and on. the person (male) making the omelettes in the morning was kind of rude and acted like he did not want to be bothered and was trying to rush but on Saturday the young lady making them was very nice. A few potholes in the parking lot. there needs to be more photos (that are accurate) of the room on this posting.
