previous post thought it was going straight to hotel not booking.com. But no would never stay here again much nicer hotel and beach bar next door. Think you are paying for name. Basic old rooms budget hotel. Only good thing we left to explore the area and when we returned the rave had finished and we had a nice drink and chat with bar lady before bed.

Lady on reception a bit rude (not helpful) as she thought i had jumped the queue when it was the other lady who had jumped the queue. ( i waited in one line behind 2 other people 2 reception staff working and dealing with other guest the guy on the left serving quicker (ie his queries or check in quicker than the lady on right who had a longer guest query which is not a problem she was helping them) But then a lady standing back started her own queue behind the lady on right. So when the receptionist on right had finished her guest and called for next I stepped forward and she abruptly told me i wasnt next the other lady was to which i replied i was next but go ahead and i stepped back. Then i heard the guy on the left telling his next guest the was free water and lemonade available in a fridge somewhere and all about any facilities available ie cafe pool etc. We were not told about any of these things but i could see cafe and knew about pool just wanted to unpack and start our holiday. next morning i went to reception and asked about a kettle/coffee maker for room (same lady) who said she would send somebody with one, after getting a shower and dressed still no coffee maker so we went out for breakfast thinking there would be one there when we got back. But no there wasnt later a cleaner knocked and asked if we needed anything i explained we had requested a coffee maker and she said she would send somebody with one and again it never appeared. We woke up next morning and went cafe and purchased 3 cups of coffee and brought back the room as we were leaving that morning. So request not carried out. The beach bar had a full on student rave going on. Now i dont mind music and dancing and people having fun (and people watching) but this was a full on rave and people where so drunk ( your security guy told a few different people to leave because the couldnt stand up properly) You couldnt get to the bar because it was so busy everywhere was such a mess

Dirty floors and I was not allowed to use my own beach umbrella in front of resort. I had to walk down the beach like I wasn't staying at the postcard inn.

Great place to stay. Plenty of activities to do on site.

Room needs update! . Had an adjoining room door. Could hear everything in room next to ours Bed needs replaced. Very lumpy Will stay in newer rooms by.pool if we were to stay again.

Location was great atmosphere was a good time staff was excellent

Rooms were dated. Bathrooms were very small and very outdated.

We liked the location! It was right on the beach! We loved how the facility was set up in a horseshoe with the pool and grounds in the middle so the kids could run around and we knew where they all were. The outside bar was located behind the pool and on the edge of the beach so the kids could play in the sand and we could sit there and get snacks and drinks . The lobby was great for the kids they had a pool table and a curling game set up there for the kids and then a game room . They had a small sitting area and bar so we could have breakfast or snacks and drinks and the back wall was all windows so we could watch the kids run in and out. We sat at the fire pits and those were very enjoyable and great locations . As you can tell it was all about the kids and being able to see them as they played with their friends.

The rooms were absolutely terrible!! They do not look like the pictures. They are old and rundown. Absolutely nothing on the walls for decoration! I felt like we were in a prison cell. The bathroom was falling apart and the tiles were all chipped same with the tub and the bathroom door! The bathroom was so small ! There was no microwave or coffee maker . I finally asked for one the last night and it was brought up to the room but really no where to put it!! The safe was just sitting on a block so really not safe . I can’t image if it fell on anyone would definitely hurt someone. The room was one of the worst I’ve ever been in ! Definitely not worth the money we spent.
