Poor lighting in bathroom. Needs to be brighter.

place was dirty, food in hallways for my whole 3 days there. My microwave had not been cleaned, had food inside.

The price. No bugs.

The power outages during the snow storm and no compensation for it.. Having the staff knock on my door because they forgot I paid for another week. The dog poop everywhere in the back of the building. Woke up one morning no water call the front desk, she laughs it off like I shouldn't be upset no apology I had to ask what the problem was.

When the winter ice storm came, the power went out and we were left with no hot water. Corporate did not want to accommodate us the customer with no discount or comp. I will never stay at a choice hotel again. Lights were blinking and not working. Some of the plugs were not working.

nice location and great and understanding staff

There was a partial power outage which I understand but paying full price for a room with no hot water to shower and only on light working and no electrical outlets working wasn’t worth paying full price
