Staff were great

It was under construction a d we were unaware, and loud noises in the morning! No compensation was even offered!

They are remodeling the breakfast area. An abbreviated version was set up in a small conference room. The room was fine. We had 6 adults and wanted to all stay together and that worked well. The hotel was doing a remodel and it was tight up front where they had construction barriers up but the staff was nice and our room was ready soon after we arrived and they arranged for a shuttle the next morning and it was also fine. The shuttle was to the cruise port and this was convenient for that.

The advertising pictures made the place looker larger than it was. It appeared to have a large pool and hot tub area but it was much smaller in person. The front of the hotel was under construction so it felt more cramped.

I liked most everything about this hotel.

As others have said breakfast was nothing to write home about, it would help to have a more pleasant and larger eating space. Coffee was pretty good and available whenever I went for it.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Room was damp and musty, elevator broken, hardly any USB jacks in room. Price was outrageous. We booked this property expecting Holiday Inn Express quality — didn’t get it.
