Very Accommodating.

So many things to do around the area. Loved the bartender Kim!

The 1st floor rooms smelled of animal urine. Come to find out that's where the animals were allowed. Was quick to move my parents to the 2nd floor..very nice of them.

Everything was very nice. The room was clean, sheets were very nice, and the restroom was laid out well and clean. The staff were very professional, and breakfast was good. The host was conversational and very kind. I would recommend staying there to my friends and family.

The AC was rattling while it was running. The blinds didn't work correctly. You would pull them down to release quickly, so they snapped up, but they wouldn't snap up. However, the overall stay was outstanding! Anything I found to be an annoying, was very minor.

Easy to get to, convenient

Found a hair on the soap shelf in the shower and there was standing water in there. Plus there was dirt in the corners in the bathroom

Free meals were great. Staff was great. Facilities need upgrades, tvs, bath etc. Not as clean as other holiday inns. So noisy. Even late. Had hockey teams above us just allowed to be super noisy until midnight. No signs for pool closing...etc

There are likely better choices.

Overall an okay hotel, but starting to get tired. Not being maintained well.... carpets getting worn; doors to outside that slam and price point too high for what it is.

The location was great, ordered dinner at their grill and it was very good

close proximity to the airport

kept my incidental deposit for 10 days. not necessary - had to ask to be moved to another room because the carpet was disgusting

Friendly staff, uncomfortable bed. Overpriced.

The staff was very friendly.

We ordered bagels and coffee the price was way too high, and the coffee was too strong. Our bed was lumpy, and you could feel springs in the bed nearest the bathroom.

Breakfast was pretty basic, but I guess you get what you pay for. They seriously have to consider replacing all those OLD Panasonic TV sets in the rooms. You can’t even cast from your device to the tv, in 2022?! Smh
