Location

Are called suites but room was barely bigger than normal hotel room and had no couch. They charge $58 to have a pet which is outrageous!! We will never stay in a Candlewood Suites again.

Location was perfect. It was quiet and staff was great. Loved the room.

This hotel went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience with a different hotel! The location was great! Super easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

Location is fine. But we have been staying at this exact hotel many times when visiting family and the place is slowly going down hill but the prices are going up. We used to stay for $89.00/night. Everything was in excellent condition and so very clean. Last couple of times, not as clean. I stuck to the floors in our room. A hole in the wall in the bathroom, the bed is too hard.

We requested the first floor because I hate elevators didn't get that even though we have stayed there multiple times in the last 2 years. The hallways were hot and the room was damp and muggy.

The room smelled like pot multiple times. We complained multiple times without any response. The exterior door lock was broken so anyone could get in. Bathroom facilities were jankity. The stairwells wreaked of nasty trash and or something worse.
