New, good beds, nice bathroom
Staff average - effective however not that welcoming
Strongly object to plastic disposable plates and cutlery. The fork especially was not fit for purpose. Bent with minimal use

The beakfast was very good.. The chef was exceptional very pleasant person
We booked a room with a King bed, but our room had two queen beds? Not use to that size bed, and it wasn't comfortable ended up with a back ache? The pool ran short of towels, not enough staff on hand to replenish went back up to room to use those towels? The towels that were brought back to pool were bath mat towels as we were told they were out of full size towels?
