Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alamosa by IHG

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything in our party asked for

The only thing and this a major issue was the elevator was broken and they put my cousins their elderly mother and my sister on the 3rd floor my cousin and sister have disability issues walking. They had to have a staff member carry my cousins mother upstairs then and only then they moved her to the first floor. They told my cousins and sister they didn’t have anything on the first floor but in reality they were holding rooms for atour bus of elderly people also. I thought that it was first come can get a first floor room at least that’s what was told to my sister

Everything was great!

No problems

Breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and cozy

Clean and comfortable

Location was not close to restaurants and downtown area Seemed to be several maintenance issues: Ice machine on second floor did not work consistently Elevator was out of service Hot tub jets had been shut off
