The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially when they had to deal with my delayed arrival and the elevator problem. They held my room for me and helped me with luggage and parking as much as they could.
I use a cane and have difficulty walking. The elevator was out of service during my entire stay and many of the rooms were off line, so my room was on the 3rd floor (308) at the opposite end of the stairs. I didn't go to breakfast because of the 3 floor climb and only left when absolutely necessary. Very difficult for me.

The location was perfect! Downtown Grand Junction is very walkable with many restaurants and shops to explore.
The hotel was welcoming, professional and helpful.
There is on site parking.

The rooms barn door to the bathroom was huge and I had to be careful not to get a hand caught. It was also the closet door so if the bathroom was open the closet was shut. The tub did not drain and there were rust stains in the tile at the grab bar. I was not made aware of the parking charge. Charging that was awful due to no other options. I Will not be a returning customer.
