This was a very welcoming and friendly hotel. The pool was great.

First off I paid extra on booking.com for the " no prepayment option" and the hotel charged my card before I got there to check in. Also when you check in they gave no information so I had to keep asking everything... ended up missing the free breakfast because I thought it ended at 10am but it was actually 9:30 am .... so I was very disappointed. I feel like they owe me at least $50. Room was not the cleanest. The refrigerator was so loud it kept waking me up all night ... worst sleep.

Everyone was cleaning which I love to see. Wiping down gym equipment and doors. The gym was spotless, the pool. The women at the breakfast was so helpful and kind. Room was clean

The interiors are aging. but still good though.

The complementary breakfast buffet is outstanding at this location. Clean rooms, good wi-fi. And I love the little Dove soaps. Desk staff is also great — friendly and helpful.

The worst part of staying at this location is what it takes to find the place. The route from I-78 heading south is so circuitous and unintuitive that you think you'll never get there, or maybe are lost, even when using GPS. Without GPS I would have never found it either time I stayed there.

Staff was helpful and tried to fix problems.

First room was not what I ordered and then there was a bloody napkin wrapped in Toilet paper in the toilet when we walked in the room. Went back down stairs and should them the picture they said sorry and gave us another room. When asked why we didn't have a king size bed in the first room was told they only had a handicap king size room left. I showed them my booking and said I paid for a king Size bed not to queen beds. They asked if I was Handicap I said no then was handed new keys. My second room had a king size bed. When we looked in the toilet this time there was a used creamer pack. I decided I could live with that. Really makes me wonder who cleans the room. We were unable to card into the pool area. But had access to the gym. The walls are thin you could hear things in the other rooms.

I did not like having the heavy comforter as the only bed covering. I would have preferred the sheet & a separate light blanket.
