Bed was comfy.

Old, dirty, smelly run down buildings. Smoky halls and rooms. Extra fees for amenities we didn't need or use. Scammers in the lobby who made us sit thru 4 hours of time share sales when we were told it was a 1 hour hotel tour for vouchers, and lied right to our face when we asked if it was a timeshare. No good restaurants within walking distance.

Elevators need to be updated they sounded like they could fall any moment, our room as dirty the carpet was disgusting, there was used toilet paper on tv table stand , the sheets we literally booked a hotel to just sleep and the bed sheets were dirty the blanket had a hard red stain we even took a picture to show , what the final straw was that the room are like joint with the person next to you and the people next to us tried to open our bedroom door and then they started yelling to open the door when they saw nobody would open they started arguing with each other we decided to leave once we went to turn our key in the lady was looking up a new room telling us that they wouldnt want to see us leave but as i told her we were no longer comfortable who would ! we rather drive back home keep in mind that was a 4 hour drive there and back home for me to spend over $200 for me to be in the room for less than 30 min total is obviously an issue when i asked the lady when i get my refund for the cleaning she said we would get it if the cleaning service found our room clean even though it was practically untouched never going back and never will I recommend this place its not family friendly it smells like straight cigarettes even though its a “non smoking hotel”
