Centrally located. Close to shows, close to Times Square but quieter location. Close to subway and Whole Foods. Older property but really clean. Plenty of space for solo traveler. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Front desk is friendly and helpful.
Nothing. I’d stay here again.

The location is excellent, the room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. While the room is small, they have a luggage rack, hangers for clothes and a couple of shelves for items. I left a laundry sack in the room by mistake and I was able to return and pick it up from housekeeping the next day.
The floor needed repairs. There were pieces of clear packing tape holding down the wood (vinyl) strips. In one place there wasn't tape and I was afraid the edges would give me a splinter or something if I wasn't careful when barefoot. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were extremely thick and not comfortable for your neck.
