non operating bar, bad food-employee left during breakfast shift and they closed down breakfast. tub constantly ran water, mold on ceiling. severely understaffed. one of two elevators broke down. front desk wouldn’t answer phone. made us flag down our own housekeeping. claim to have free breakfast but you have to argue to actually get the voucher.

Toilet would not flush completely, light switch on night stand light was problematic, and tub/shower water would not completely turn off. ( A major waste of water) as guest, we should let them know and I did upon checking out

How you stated breakfast included in our price it wasn't, on top of not being served SAT, SUN, MON. How do you promise this in their price and then switch and act like guest don't need breakfast on SAT, SUN, or MON! Hotel is MEH, PARKING LOT A COMPLETE DISATER!

Check in was horrible. Lady was complaining about her life. She could not figure out the system. I prepared and booked with booking.com. she said their card wouldn't go thru and made me call booking.com to "figure it out". Booking.com called and walked her thru it. After half an hour we got checked in. Don't put your computer problems on your customers. Horrible customer service. Key only worked one day. Same desk clerk blamed that on someone else. Said they only put one day on it. She was the one who processed the keys. Over heard other guests having issues also. By far the worst service I have ever had at a hotel in my 46 years of life. Cleaning staff was great and super nice. Other desk clerks said hi and bye. Also paid extra for breakfast and when I checked I was told they did not have breakfast because of management change over. $40.00 wasted. With all of the other lodging available in Battle Creek I can promise you I will not be staying at your hotel again.

Very little was as expected.

I picked this hotel mainly because it had a restaurant inside. I paid extra for breakfast in the morning for my wife’s birthday, the restaurant was closed because of lack of staff. Also before I arrived I requested a handicap room on a lower floor and was told that that would not be a problem but when I got there I was told the room was not ready even though it was after 3:00 in the evening. I was given a room at the end of a very long hall on the fourth floor that was not handicap. Top it off with a double charge for the room that I found out at when I got home.

sink in bathroom was plugged, reported it to desk clerk and it was never fixed. Also asked clerk for additional day reservation and the clerk said he noticed we were scheduled through 3rd party and that they had no rooms available for us. Went to hotel across the street.

People were smoking on our floor.
