It was affordable and near the places we needed to go.

Location is not very safe, needs to be more clean and updated. Some staff is ok. Wouldn’t use the coffee pots in room. Do not provide all day coffee in lobby. Have to use card to maintain lights on. Wi-fi doesn’t always work. Rooms are not cleaned daily nor towels or toilet paper replaced if staying a few days. You have to ask at desk for those items!

There was not a single thing good about this hotel.

The first room we got checked into, the lights did not work for half of the room. And then the second room was absolutely filthy, stuff left under and around the couch, walls were disgusting and looked as if they had never been cleaned. There was vomit stains next to the toilet.

It was dirty! The room was not vacuumed at all! The hallway was dirty! No ice! Hair on the sheets. I would never come back to this place!! I was a bad experience!! It smelled like weed!

This place was so dirty and nasty that we asked for a refund and booked another hotel.

The customer service agent at the desk was nice and helpful. That was the only thing decent about that place.

Horrible. It was dirty and dusty. I literally walked in my room and seen the tub was dirty and yellowish and there was dirt and dust along the walls and in the corners. Homeless people all over. I argued with the manager/owner on getting a refund due to me not like in the room and I didn’t even stay in the room longer than two hours. The manager/owner only wanted to give me a refund for one day I booked for Friday through Sunday. I checked in on Friday at 1 PM and I left at 4:30 PM. The only reason there was a delay in my checkout process because my daughter had a basketball game. So when we returned, I felt unsafe and dirty, staying in the hotel. I would not recommend anybody booking this hotel.

I like the separate rooms and how quite and calm , front desk people are so sweet

facility was dirty every time went to take a shower lost all water pressure contacted front desk they said it happens especially on the third floor they acted like they didn’t even care so we where unable to shower and they refused to move us or discount the room because we had no water for 2 days found several roaches in the room no batteries in either remotes for the 2 tvs this place was a huge disappointment after driving 6 hrs to get here then find a place this disgusting

the rooms were very dirty, a/c unit had mold and carpets were full of old dust. sink,tub and walls were stained. sheets smelled bad and lastly there was a homeless man asleep in the laundry room and it smelled like cigarettes

I love this hotel, the price was great, the bed was so compfy! And there was a second tv and a small couch for the kids to watch cartoons! Will be staying the same time next year!!!

Staff had a very bad temper to certain situations. A customer had gotten his stuff stolen from an staff associate.
