Dirty, old, no maintenance

Nothing at all , very disappointing 😡

I was charged for breakfast for two days. They didn't have a full breakfast. All they offered was Continental breakfast, everyone was offered that at no change. I want my money back I had to pay extra for it. Plus this place had to be the worst I've ever stayed at . And I will never use your service again if I don't get a refund for the breakfast that I paid for.

Good location

There was heavy cigarette smoking smell throughout the building, could smell it in our room. The elevator reeked of cigarettes when we got on after having hotel staff member get out.

Nothing

Everything. Rude staff and management. Not clean, smells moldy, dirty restrooms and towels. Worst stay ever

They failed to check me in due to their credit card machine couldn’t process my card; declined twice and they wouldn’t accept cash payment. so I left.

Staff on duty was not too friendly n rather indifferent when check-in transaction didn’t go through.

Breakfast was okay. We landed a nice large room which proved comfortable. Location is good.

Hotel is obviously run down. Furniture is worn and trim in halls could use painting. Room had a persistent odor from room deodorant.

Convenient location

Mild on ceiling over bathtub; toilet had dried bits of excrement in the bowl, and walls were rotten in areas. Breakfast was limited, not many choices. Some staff were not friendly at all.

I liked the location and breakfast options.

The channel selection on the TV was very poor.

The room was clean. The breakfast was ok, no meat option.

The hotel does need updating.

room was dusty, a lamp shade was damage and not attached at arrival the room was shabby beds were comfortable person across the hall was banging on his door and yelling, and no one came up to shut him up for a long time

The location is great, and the set up of the floor plan made it easy to get to your room. The cleanliness was ok in the main part of the hotel but our room had an animal smell. They were completely booked so we didn't complain. I think someone snuck a cat in at one point as that is how it smelled. Like they tried to clean it but can't. Room needs new carpet.

staff is rude continental breakfast wasn’t that great, and customer service from the AM and day stay staff is pretty awful.

staff was night and the guy at night audit was really helpful. Breakfast, gym, and pool and included.

The rates were affordable and the room was nice size.

Their were no coffee pods for the coffee maker. And the cleaning lady threw my contacts away so that was a bit stressful bot being able to see all that great.
