Location was great.Close to restaurants.

Bar tender unfriendly,bathroom not clean.Had to let water run 10 min before it got warm.Sink in bathroom had dried toothpaste all overcit.bathroom flor dirty.

They had a bar in the lobby

My room wasnt available and they didnt try to accommodate me at all. Pretty much told me OH WELL!!

Unfortunately I did not like the pillows I am allergic to feathers.. Must have hypoallergenic products. And the pillows small for a King Size Bed, Only provided 3 sets of towels..

The staff and food was amazing

Staff was wonderful and sincerely friendly. No fake smiles.

Tub drain was very slow.

They had an amazing hot breakfast. Make sure it is included in your room because if not it would be expensive for a family.

The lady that was working the bar at night and on breakfast duty, she was absolutely amazing, very friendly, upbeat and social, she made the stay so much better, the other staff was friendly as well.

The hotel itself was a bit rundown and felt as if it was just slapped together with no care, floors of the halls are lumpy due to torn up padding, wallpaper is peeling, painted tubs are peeling and several other things, hotel could use a makeover or a maintenance person who knows what they are doing.
