Tge staff was very friendly. Regardless of the hiscup that occured.i would visit there again
The clerk had me going to 4 rooms that had
Guest in them. That could have been very dangerous . I feel that put my life in danger, due to a mix up on his behalf.

The location of the hotel was handy for a visit to NAS JAX and it was easy to find. Next door there were shops and places to eat and parking was easy.
Lacked the personal touch and the whole place felt tired and just a little grubby. Breakfast wasn’t the best - paper plates and plastic forks, didn’t reflect the price paid.
We booked a family room, but it was only made up for a double, so a quick call was made to reception to try to get it fixed. The answer - come and get some bedding and towels and sort it yourself. Not impressed at all.
Busy road next door is noisy - beware, but appreciate nothing much can be done about that.
