horrible location. a pain to get to. I reserved my specific room 3 weeks in advance only for them to give it away and not even notify me. still got charged way to much for the stay. water for showers was barely warm.

Holiday Inn Express has the best beds and pillows and that is why we stay

I like tge location but the hotel needs some updates. The tubs are old and there was some hair left there. Not enough tissue in the bathrooms and the towels were so hard.

I didn't like that the tub wasn't clean, the towels were just too hard.

Great room and layout.

The tub floor was rounded on the edges enough that my husband and I both felt unstable moving in the shower. It threw each of us off balance. Also I tried to call the front desk several times between 10:30-11:00pm to confirm whether the area was on Central or Eastern time, but no one ever answered.

Room is very nice with a comfortable bed and fun chair to sit in to relax and read or watch TV. Everything was clear and orderly. Very bright and welcoming common areas.

The parking lot could be brighter.

,Rude, mean, inappropriate, odd staff. Front desk staff said no luggage carts, made no attempt to find one, but another gave us one from her office.Filthy bed linens- smelled of BO & perfume. A/C unit stunk horribly-check for mold. Loud interstate & tub dripping. No vent in shower- could not see in mirror. Old breakfast with very low-class rude loud mouth lady worker. Pancake machine is broken. In rough neighborhood with boarded up buildings, broken windows. Restaurants close at 6 pm. I would have informed staff of the above, but they were very unkind, unfriendly, incompetent, with the exception of the kind, polite man who located the cart. I regret paying for this stay. Not like other HInns we've stayed at.

it was nicely maintained

I paid a week in advance for a king room. when I checked in, they put me in a queen. I PAID IN ADVANCE. The staff could or would not do anything to rectify. I’m waiting on a phone call from the manager. 😕😤
