Nice people and clean! It was quiet.

I didn’t love the breakfast but the lady was very nice and helpful!

Housekeeping knocked on our door both days at 8am to ask us if we were checking out. Granted we’re forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door! But really. 8 am?

The room was clean and comfortable. I look forward go visiting again, soon!

A/c was not very cold. Never could connect to wifi

Close to the highway. Near the mall, 11 minutes from both stadiums

The elevators and the actual floors leading to the hotel room. Look like the only remodeled 1st & 2nd floor

I was disappointed there wasn’t even a continental breakfast offered. Just a little something would have been nice to start the day

Friendly staff, and the area is a safe area and very clean

They charged me $50 when I booked through booking for a service fee or they call it an incidental fee and that was not disclosed to me

We didn't have any real issues during our stay.

Upon entering the room, there were no trash liners in either of the trash cans; we had to go ask for liners at the front desk and got the last ones. Seems like a weird oversight. Also, the price; while it was cheaper than pretty much anywhere else in New Orleans that doesn't have bugs, I still didn't feel it was worth it. I guess all hotels in New Orleans are overpriced.
