It was clean, safe and appeared newish.

Cleanliness and customer service
I was supposed to get a sofa bed with my kid but only received a king bed and chair. Also the breakfast included ad is very misleading. It’s actually not included you pay $10 per person

Someone hair deep in sheets and towels . I didn't complain but it bothered me a little. Also , didn't get the room I reserved. I got a room with two twin beds ..my original request was for a queen bed .

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Their system of having a "restaurant" and giving you a $10 credit per person per room is inconvenient and inefficient. It led to them overcharging me $20 and then I had to call twice to get them to refund me. It was a pain.

I do not recall paying for parking when I stayed here before…Why do you charge for parking at the Salinas location when there appears to be many spaces available.
