Indianapolis Marriott East

It was super nice, seemed updated. I liked the convince of the location close to a few spots of my liking.

The room and bathroom could’ve been better cleaned. The floors are tile and could’ve been mopped and swept better. Beds was kinda hard.

Nothing

Old, the staff is terribly trained, didn’t even know anything about the property, plus the Marriott Bonvoy helpline could not resolve my membership issue. Your business is on the downturn.

Clean Modern Room

Being told to park in the back parking lot - but we went out and came back late - there is zero access on the backside of the building since yall "lock" the doors. Then having a security guy be a dick about coming to open it since I wasn't going to drive all around. Like - he literally took each sign down on each door - showed it to me - twice - before opening the door. What the hell is the point of security in the car in the parking lot - if the entire backside of the building is locked completely. Ffs - we're adults here - give us a key cars access door in the back main parking lot. I wouldn't stay here again bc of that security guard experience.

The room was recently renovated and clean.

The location was rough. Parking was terrible. And being in a room in the far tower of the hotel and having to constantly walk through a conference was awkward.
