Alle Teppiche hatten Große Lecken. In den Fluren und im Zimmer. Das Sofa im Zimmer hatte ebenfalls große Flecken und Verunreinigungen. Zimmertür klemmte, ebenso wie die Tür zur Dusche und das Fenster, was nur einen winzigen Spalt zu öffnen war. Die Sicherungen im Badezimmer waren raus. Ein angekündigter Housekeeper ist nie erschienen. 13 Tage lang! Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das selbe. Kein Aufschnitt, kein Käse etc. Rührei aus der Fertigpackung. Toast. Es gibt nur Plastik Geschirr. Besteck, Teller, Becher... alles aus Plastik. Die Zimmer werden nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Das aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Ich hatte eine Suite, die höchstens 2 Sterne wert war.

The location was good for our purposes and lot of amenities in the area

The cleanliness and upkeep. The sofa was so filthy it looked like there was sexual body fluids on it. We were traveling with our autistic adult son and we had to put down towels for him to even sit on sofa. We just sat on the bed when in and stayed out of the room as much as possible. We don’t get away often and was looking forward to relaxing in the room. The room next door wasn’t any better so we didn’t even bother to change rooms. There is no housekeeping. They told us they clean rooms every other day. That did not include making the bed or washing out the sinks. Just changing the trash bags which we did ourself any way. They did not refill the body wash which was gone after our second night as it was almost empty. I always find Marriott to be nicely kept. This was terrible

Not clean, hair in the shower, only 2 towels in the room, no trash bags and the bathroom Dorr is frosted glass, not the best choice.and the beds were squeeky.

everyone was nice didn’t bother you!

bathroom door wouldn’t slide,nor lock, toilet was leaking, maintenance did come and fix it,the unit for heat kept shutting off.. ran out of toilet paper..& no one from housekeeping never came to see if we needed anything.. also I was really looking forward to a hot tub but this hotel didn’t have one! bummer!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice and clean.

No complaints, I reserved a king suite and got 2 queens instead but it wasn't a problem for us at all.
