The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay for one night. Breakfast had a great selection.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud and I needed to use ear plugs to fall asleep properly.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of healthy foods. Coffee was exceptional! The location was close to our family members who live in Roslindale. Also, we left an article of clothing in the closet in our room, the housekeeping staff found the item, and the front desk staff was so helpful in offering to ship the item back to us via FedEx.
I'm not sure why there is a charge for parking at the hotel. Also, WiFi could be offered to all guests, not just those who join Marriot Bonvoy.

The old, low small toilets. These need to be replaced as soon as possible.

The staff seemed pretty nice.
My bathroom had a weird smell - actually multiple smells.
Sometimes it smelled like cigarettes, sometime of chemicals, sometimes of perfume. As if it was coming thru the vents?! It was strong and unpleasant.
The cleaning staff took the toilet paper roll bar off and put it on the table for some reason?? Like …did they just forget? So odd.
Bed mattress was a bit too soft. Pillows were thin.
Towels were thin.
Carpet wasn’t super clean.
