The pool belonged in a trailer park. The restaurant/bar was a joke. Extremely over-priced for what you got

Snack area did not have a good variety....All chips mostly.

I book 2 rooms with King bed and 1 room with the Queen beds. They arranged 2 handicaped room for my family.

Location. The booking.com description said great location. In business district with no nearby facilities, bars or anything. Had to move after 3 nights as was there for a holiday. Probably my fault as did not investigate before booking

Breakfast was not very good. The personnel clearly wanted me to use the buffet, but I choose pancakes and they were not very good. Why put cappuccino on the menu if you do not have it. The breakfast personnel was much more interested in talking to themselves (very loud!). Next time breakfast somewhere else for sure!

Small swimming pool, very expensive and they don’t even offer a complementary breakfast as part of the reservation. they charge $17.00/ per person for a very limited breakfast. very poor customer service skills from the staff. will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone looking to spend a great time with friends and family. very disappointed.
