The lady at front desk was excellent. She was very informative and made the checking in process smooth and quick. I do not remember her name.
Our room was right above the entry / lobby and was noisier than we prefer and the refridgerator was loud when the motor kicked on. Not under the control of the hotel, but would be nice to have had the option to go to the restaurant next door. But, it closed. :)

Location was great for what we wanted to do while in St Joe. We visited the downtown shops and restaurants and it was very convenient to them.
The breakfast was just ok. The room was above our expectations- it was great!
Would have preferred plain scrambled eggs and plain seasoned potatoes- not spicy potatoes or cheese omelette.
Pancakes weren’t bad.

We like the convenience of the location.
No dislikes, just an awareness comment: Cobwebs near the window/sliding glass door (room 304).
Suggestion: in the suite rooms, a reclining chair would be nice. The chair in the room is uncomfortable to sit in and watch tv.

Close to town, pretty sunset on the lake across the street, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.
Needs updating, should be cleaner. Screens were falling out of the window. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. We couldn't swim. The patio outside had weeds growing, garbage can was overflowing, chairs were damaged and uncomfortable. Since a 3 night stay was pricy, I'd think they would atleast have complimentary water to drink. You have to buy it from the front desk.
