Staybridge Suites Greenville I-85 Woodruff Road by IHG

Clean and beautiful rooms. The breakfast bar in the mornings is AMAZING!

Nothing I have zero complaints. This is my second time staying here and I will stay there every time I’m in Greenville.

1) The hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from GE Greenville factory (about a 10-minute drive) and plenty of food choices. 2) There is a door partition separating the bedroom from the living room/ kitchen, which is good for added privacy and quietness. 3) Coffee is always available 24/7 and breakfast juice is available in the morning. Great staff and friendly people. 4) Complimentary self-service laundry is always appreciated, especially on business trip and the detergent can be purchased from the Front Desk.

The air conditioner compressor needs to be relocated from the room to the outside, as it makes a lot of noise, and it is difficult to fall asleep with so much noise. The air conditioner can be switched off but in Summer the room temperature gets warm quite quickly without air conditioning.

They have a great breakfast buffet selection. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Nothing.

The location was convenient

When we arrived we paid the pet fee and when we went up to the room we walked in and it smelled so bad like dog urine I did not even dare to set my things down. We went down to the desk and told her and she changed the room but the $79 pet fee should be used to clean them better to remove odor! We stayed one night and would not stay here again.
