It was clean and a good location. all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. From front desk, to the breakfast, to housekeeping.

Did not know that they were undergoing construction. Was not able to use the gym.

The staff was pleasant. The room was very clean.

I was very unhappy with the room. We had no chairs to sit in comfortably and I paid for king size bed and the bed was only queen size. The toilet paper holder was loose.

Breakfast was very good.

Friendly smooth check-in, welcoming amenity [hot cider & treats in the lobby :)], excellently comfortable room, convenient parking, super clean & neat.

Missed the included breakfast, but that was my fault not the hotel's; appreciate that it was an option.

There was no body wash in dispenser in shower and there were two hairs in the bathtub from previous guest. The hair dryer did not work as well

The friendliness of the staff, helpfulness & immediate response to a cleaning issue upon arrival made our stay wonderful. We’re a family coming from 2 different states who love playing board games. The lounge area was a perfect set up for playing numerous games for several hours each time. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional with an attentive hostess. exceptional including GF options. The pool temperature was ideal with built in seats. The price for less than 600.00 for 3 nights for 2 queen beds made it a reasonable vacation. Location to Brattenboro was ideal. Thank YOU KAYLEE, RANDY, BOBBY & DAVID for making our stay so lovely.

The hotel is currently in a remodeling stage which is going to continue through December or possible Jan/Feb. Maybe due to COVID or remodeling, housekeeping staff only on until 2:00 & seems only like the most 4 person crew- definitely not sufficient for thorough cleaning. Internet is one bar. Room has limited sockets for charging g our dr iced & overall lightening even when all on room is on the darker side. Bathroom shower curtain/ rod inches away curving away from tub- strange. No landscaping or patio sitting area outside except for a fire pit with uncomfortable table & chairs. hotel with exceptional staff has SO much POTENTIAL to be EXCEPTIONAL, which I hope it attains, once all the remodeling is completed.
