Clean open classy atmosphere

The room was huge which for a 4 night trip was really nice. The fridge had a small freezer section that worked wonderfully and the bar had a sperate little sink. The blinds were great and kept the room nice and dark. The bathroom is massive with a tub you could swim in. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby but the hotel breakfast looked amazing if you just wanted to stay in. The pool is short but a simple rectangle that never had kids in it so we were able to swim "laps". The gym was large and had sufficient weights and machines to get in a solid workout. You can easily do your cardio outside the hotel as out back is a lovely neighborhood where I felt totally safe running solo.

The bar and restaurant is completely sperate from the hotel so you don't have the ease of ordering and billing to your room. Not a big deal at all but I've never run into that before.

Room had a great view of the city. Onsite restaurant was very good.

Replaced towels daily, which we really didn't need, but one day, we didn't get a replacement and had to go ask for one.

I was surprised that they closed down the hot tub

They had no hot tub available at pool area

Dirty and dusty rooms, uncomfortable beds and linen. Unfriendly reception at check in.

Valet was $25 per car- do not remember paying that the last time we stayed with you. Not a lot of seating at breakfast. The tables weren’t being cleared fast enough- felt bad.

Only very soft pillows available in the room. Would have loved harder option
