Everything. Service. Staff. Room. Breakfast. Location. Local amenities. It was all spot on. Woodlands Mall is great. My kids loved it too. We will definitely be back.

Nothing. Recommend improved shower. Very slow water flow. A strong rain fall shower would just elevate the experience but still top marks from us.

Great location for the price. Nice breakfast Free bottled water was nice-most places charge for that.

1. The televisions would not allow the volume to go past a certain level--and you could not hear when the AC was running. Both the TV in the sitting area AND in the bedroom had the same issue. 2. The AC took way to long to come back on. I had the thermostat set on 71 the first night and 69 the second, but it took way too long come back on. We woke up every hour or so throwing the covers off, and then back on when it finally came back on. 3. The decor is really strange throughout the hotel. I'm not exaggerating--the wallpaper in the kitchen area had stripes with a black "smudge" design going up, looking like a fire had happened in the room. The "smudge" was repetituous on all the walls, so it was the design and not a real fire.

They dont have the rooms I reserved… it was dirty and the air conditioned dont works well. The dont clean the room daily.
