I wanna give a SPECIAL THANKS to I believe the young lady name was CELINA, she was VERY KIND AND PATIENT with me, I had a long trip and had a very late check in and needed my room to be switched and she took care of us with a SMILE AND EXCELLENT customer service attitude! I asked her would she accept a tip and she said NO, that she love to take care of the customers and to make her boss happy!
Wish ALL hotels went back to NOON CHECK OUT!

The Property was nice
The noise from the floor above the 3rd, couldn’t sleep from the stomping constant noise, finally reported it 🤦🏽♀️

Didn't eat it.
The only issue I had was when I took a shower there was no shampoo in the bottles in the shower and there was no lotion in the provided dispenser.

The location is great to be right off the highway. This was my second time here, I love the free parking, breakfast, fitness center, and pool areas. I like that I can leave the car park to walk and do some shopping or order & eat at the nearby strip mall.

Felt safe at the location, lots of shopping options, the room was very spacious.
We could never get the room cooler than 76 degrees- which was too hot for our liking. Unfortunately the 2nd night we had loud above neighbors, but once talking to the front desk, it was addressed.

Location and accommodations were perfect with one exception. The guests with children were loud, running the hallways, parents cursing, while we were trying to sleep. This went on for hours. Children dominated the breakfast area, no adult supervision.

Breakfast was awesome considering it was complementary. Loved all the options! We also really liked our view, we were in unit 415 and got to watch the sunset from our bed. Location was perfect for us - we did some things in Chicago and were also able to visit the Indiana Dunes.
The pool was extremely cold and too chlorinated. It was uncomfortable to swim in. The smell of the chlorine was irritating to our nose and eyes. We felt a bit sick after about 20 minutes. It was too bad we couldn't stay longer.

Very roomy and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Location, free breakfast, availability of refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The room smelled very stale, like mildew. There were stains on the comforter. The beds are listed as queen, but they are full size. The elevator was sketchy on working. Free breakfast is great, but no option of meat for those who don't eat pork.
