It was a good location, with a nice facility.

Breakfast was not included.

Not enough hot water. Never got really hot in bath or shower setting. Everything else wonderful

The room wasn't clean. There was mold on the shower curtain and hair on the tub and walls in the bathroom. The bedsheet had a hole in it.

The view was stellar! Right off the beach and by the jet ski.

Our rooms was small and dated. the bathroom was tiny and no exhaust fan so towels never dried. the stair well carpeting smelled DISGUSTING. There was trash in the parking lot and seagulls picking through it. the pool area was dirty with trash, just uncared for and nasty with dated, nasty patio furniture. The only person working the breakfast area was totally over worked. At one point there was a guest walking around bare foot, then sitting at the bistro with no shirt on and his dog on no leash. Same person then went to pool area and dog ran around the pool while the owner swam. It was a mad house, dirty, smelly, dated and WAY too expensive.

it was across from the beach and our room was pool side so not a great view

our room had a leak in the ac unit so the floor was wet. the toilet seat moved around when sat on. a door close to the parking lot was broken also one of the elevators was broken.

I really enjoyed the customer service. the lady at the front desk was very pleasant she accommodated all our needs.

Good location on the beach. Breakfast had to be purchased and was very expensive so took a pass on it.

Pool was empty and under construction. Hotel had all winter to do this? Yet here we go with a redo during 2023 spring break! Bathroom sink had no counter yet had plenty of room for one! Hotel in need of an update yet still charges the big money!
