Very noisy - people outside your room talking and general noise road noise made sleeping difficult. Room sound proofing is very poor.

I booked the room. Last moment they cancel my room and they they overbooked

The room we had had a luxurious king size bed that I can't stress enough was luxurious. The room was big, with lots of room to pass each other; the table with chairs were perfect and comfortable; desk chair was perfect office chair on rollers and comfortable; bathroom was bigger than expected and updated to modern tile design in the shower/tub and granite countertop. I actually, didn't want to leave the room because I was so comfortable.

Comfortable bed, desk. Even though on busy road, it was quiet at night.

Air conditioner was very noisy, walls were thin, king bed rooms were on the small size. Our room was in a corridor so was very dark even with curtains open (118)

Location. Comfortable bed. Good bedding. Cleanliness. No odor. Heating/cooling unit worked quickly and well. Complimentary coffee, hot water and juices in separate room on ground level. Provided a late check out after our race, so we could shower.

Low shower water pressure. Refrigerator was not very cold.

Close to wharf

The inability to use one handicap parking space. It’s in a corner and not accessible. It appears that they have two compliant spaces but only one is usable. The stairs close to our room were also not compliantly spaced and it was difficult for my daughter to go up and down. They’re a hazard.
