The staff was very professional and friendly.

Housekeeping could have done a better job. On the next to the last day we requested that the bedding be changed (after she gave us fresh towels), but the bedding was not changed upon our arrival that evening.

When traveling alone, my safety comes first. I received a connecting room. I felt uncomfortable and could not sleep. Staff didn’t help with any accommodations. I requested a full refund and didn’t get help.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

Both comforters in my room were dirty but the staff was nice and offered to switch our rooms or give us new comforters. The TV in our room also wasn’t working but we didn’t complain about that.

Breakfast was great and the beds were super comfy.

We would have liked a second mirror in our room for getting ready in the morning.

the room wasn’t what I expected. the coffee was poor, no half&half. Breakfast was poor, just toasts, eggs, yogurt and cereal.

There was a beeping noice on our floor (probably caused by an empty battery from a smoke detector), the staff didn’t fix it after we told them to do. After the 2nd night and our 2nd attempt to put awareness to the staff, we got another room. Also, the bathtubs/shower are very dirty and old and it’s not pleasant to take a shower in that stay(We were in 2 rooms and both bathtubs were dirty).
