Check in and check out was simple and fast. Staff was friendly and helpful to recommend places to eat and attractions. Remodeled room was nice! Breakfast was filling, hot, and well stocked.

The shower did not drain well! Also, the room needs a sitting chair (other than the desk chair) and there is room in the corner beside the bed for one. It is just empty, unused space!

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was a great spread. They even had almond milk, which was great for my kid who has a dairy allergy.

There was construction going on. It started 8am and went in all day in the room above me. There was no mention of this in the hotel's website. It would have been nice to have some warning.

The pool area was very dirty....pool water was very cloudy and hot tub was debris in the bottom and there was nowhere to turn it on. Green moss growing on the exit door and leaves blowing around in pool area.

The housekeeping, front desk and room was great.

I'm not sure who the head cook was in the morning but we found her behavior inappropriate. Especially towards guest of races other than caucasian. It was disturbing. I would hate to think the idea of racism was becoming renascent again. Every time my son or daughter went to breakfast they found themselves untenable against her attitude. Though we addressed the situation with her, she continued to perseverate her behavior through our entire stay. She went as far as to limit what we could eat. The cook was unequivocal in her derision for my family. I hope that she can express some resipiscence for that behavior.

Nice area. Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. Rooms and bed were ok. Warm pool and hot hot tub. Location is great.

Weak shower. Remodeling but they were quite. Peeling wallpaper dirty carpet broken air conditioner stains on the walls outside looks better than the inside. Cleaning girls were rude! Ellas no pudieron controlar su risa.

the room was dirty. mirrors had slobber and handprints on the tissues were reused and just shoved back in the holder. the smell of the chlorine from the pool was so strong we could only stay in. a couple of minutes
